Are you looking for the perfect bar for your special day? While you concentrate on the finer details of your special day. A wedding, a special birthday or even a special anniversary. We can take care of everything to do with the bar. Our horsebox bar is perfect for all those special celebrations & events. We operate as a prosecco, Pimm’s, gin or even champagne bar.
Our 1970’s Horsebox was the idea of business partners John and Gordon. It has been fully restored to its former glory and operates as a fully licenced mobile bar. We offer a fully stocked bar of bottled beers, prosecco, wines, champagne and, of course, gin. The colour scheme for our horsebox has been taken from the original dinky toy model and was a popular colour scheme back in the ’70s and an actual colour of the Rice Richardson horseboxes.

Vintage Styling
Our beautiful Rice Richardson horsebox comes with a range of vintage props to help style your bar in the vintage style; our chalkboards can be tailored to your event. We are more than happy to take on corporate events, and if you would prefer to provide your company banners and logo’s we can display these items for you.
Professional Service
We are fully insured with trained and licenced staff who are friendly and extremely helpful. With a wide range of packages, we can meet the requirements of any event. Do we need to provide staff?
We provide staff for all events to ensure your guests are served with a smile
What do your staff wear?
Our staff are suitably dressed for events. If you have specific requirements, then please let us know.
What are your staff like?
We don’t employ agency staff; all our team work hard and are fully trained to provide service with a smile.
Do you serve spirits?
We carry a selection of spirits for any event. However, we can make sure it is available for your event if you want anything in particular.
Do I need a license?
We are fully licensed to serve alcohol. Therefore, you do not require a license. If you have any questions regarding licencing, then please get in touch.
What do you serve drinks in?
For most events, we use disposable drinkware; however, if you do want glassware, this can also be arranged.
Do you provide tea and coffee?
In addition to alcoholic and soft drinks, we can also provide a range of hot drinks to suit.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured with public liability insurance. We can provide our certification upon request.
How far do you travel?
We are based in Letham, Angus, Scotland we can travel across the UK. We usually find ourselves operating around Angus; however, if you are further afield, please get in touch, and we will do our best to help you.
When do you serve drinks?
We can serve drinks before, after or during events.
Do you carry soft drinks?
In addition to alcoholic drinks, we have a full range of soft drinks available.
What facilities do you need?
Having a fridge on board, we do require access to a power hook up. If this is not available, we can use our generator. However, this will incur extra costs to cover the running. For more information, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Will, you set up before an event?
Yes, we can set up before an event to make sure that everything is ready to go. We often find that this reduces the stress for customers.
